Position Summary

The purpose of this position is to serve customers with their requests for spare parts replacement. The job consists of providing quick response to customers, process customers’ orders, and be customers’ preferred point of contact for spare parts to ensure their full satisfaction.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Order Management

  • Respond to Customer’s requests, coming from either emails or phone calls
  • Find the proper spare parts to fulfill Customer’s need
  • Take ownership of Customer’s orders from quoting to shipping
  • Prepare and send the quote
  • Receive the Customer order
  • Ensure spare parts are in stock
  • Keep a continuous communication with Customers until their orders ship out
  • Coordinate with all relevant department (Purchasing, Stockroom, Shipping, Invoicing…) to ensure full Customer satisfaction
  • Process orders using our service management software
  • Process orders in a timely and efficient manner and maintain zero backlog of unresolved requests

Customer Satisfaction

  • Establish and foster good relations with customers by providing prompt and courteous support for all customers and potential customers on every phone call
  • Develop solutions to customer needs by providing initial limited technical support, answering product and service questions, warranty inquiries, and all parts-related customer complaints

Education and Experience Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or High School Diploma with additional experience
  • Mechanical/Electrical/HVAC/Refrigeration Technical background through education or work experience is a MUST!
  • 1 plus years of experience related to a manufacturing industry
  • Technical knowledge of HVAC/refrigeration products is an asset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required

  • Ability to read (or learn how to read) an electrical drawing and understand some basic technical descriptions (horsepower, kilowatts, …)
